I have used Healthhosts as a website provider for many years. Mike and the team act extremely quickly to respond to requests. Any issues or questions I have are always answered in a timely and efficient manner. As someone who struggles with tech, I particularly like the free 15 minutes I can access every month for uploading content onto my website. Although I wrote a review praising the work of HealthHosts 3 years ago when my beautiful newly created website had just gone live, I would like to add 2 further comments in case they're helpful for people to know: 1) Firstly, these 3 years have proved to be a very smooth ride with no problems of any kind ... and 2) Earlier this week I received an email from Mike at HH notifying me that some nameserver changes were needed for my domain name. Not being very technically minded, I very much appreciated the inclusion of the clear and step-by-step instructions plus the offer of assistance if needed. Perfect.

HealthHosts are exactly what I need at a price I can afford. The wording is down to me, but they keep the site up to date and compliant. I don't have any "extras" and the price is so reasonable. They've just changed the name servers - first time in years I've had to do anything.

Poor Communication, No support whatsoever. Mike, the owner is extremely rude and full of himself. I am going to report this company to ombudsman. It’s not really about the money or the outcome, it’s the way, I have been treated and if more people will come forward and report may be we might see the change in the attitude and receive better customer service.

I've been with HealthHosts for a number of years. I had a few teething problems with my new website, I'm not the most tech savvy. However, Mike and the team have always been there to rectify any problems. Recently, I was getting an error message from my end, even though the site was functioning normally from the tech team. However, they took the time to quickly rectify the situation, and everything is functioning perfectly for me. HealthHosts are helpful and reliable. They offer a great service, and I can't recommend them highly enough.

I needed some minor changes doing to the website that I couldn't do myself so emailed today and these were done within a couple of hours, with a personal reply to let me know they were done. Health Hosts offer a very efficient and responsive service.

Honestly I didn’t know what to expect. I am rubbish with anything remotely IT and after trying to set up my own website, I gave up. I went on line and found Healhhosts. I always find Health Hosts a very good website maker and maintainer, as things are always being updated on the technical side, and if you as a website user/owner wish for some updates on your pages, they will help out and do what you need. If you wish to do some of the changes yourself, they will give you advice and help on doing it. Very good website host for therapists and spiritual artists like myself!

I’ve been with health hosts since 2010 for website hosting. Two years ago I rebranded my yoga & coaching business and upgraded to an advanced platform to manage all my bookings and services and create a membership. The team have been super helpful in creating a very professional design, with a beautiful logo, and a lovely members area, to brief. Included in the monthly hosting/service charges I receive 60 mins of tech support which is vital when you work alone and need practical help with one or two of the functions. Although mostly the websites are easy to manage, it’s good to have someone at the other end to call on for help and the team are really speedy at responding when I need help urgently.

I would look for another company that creates websites. Only one kind advice

I would honestly be lost without Health Hosts. I am a therapist not a ‘techie’ lol however this is not a problem as they are extremely friendly, approachable , patient, efficient and the response time is second to none! I have been with health hosts since 2008 and recently updated my website, they are a dream to work with and they truly helped me to better the vision that I wanted in the upgrade. There are also so many video tutorials so you can easily grasp the basics of editing yourself! Also the monthly fees are very reasonable as so are the upgrades! You won’t be disappointed in choosing this company!

Rude, rude, rude, Mike the owner is extremely rude, I had a website built and virtually every time I needed some work done he responded aggressively and very rude. I would definitely be wary about this company, customer care and support is non existent.

I had an old website with Healthhosts about 20 years ago and it served me really well. Then a friend decided to make me a website as a present. It was really nice and then she handed it over to me! I am not at all technically minded and so all these constant updates and emails that bombarded me was very confusing. It dawned on me that of course Healthhosts was the perfect answer! I contacted them and asked them to make me a new website. They have been fantastic every step of the way. All my questions and lack of computer experience was answered in a prompt and friendly manner. They created the website in about a week which was very impressive. I know that when I’m ready to create an online course, or send out a newsletter that they are there to help me do it and provide the platform, the know-how and the support. The main thing is I don’t feel overwhelmed. That is so important.! Not only have I a brand-new beautiful website but I feel relieved and safe knowing that I don’t have to deal with all the upkeep that comes with maintaining a website. I have a small health therapy business and I can relax and do my work knowing that Healthhosts are doing what needs to be done with my website. If you are thinking of updating or creating a new website, then look no further Mike and his team at HealthHosts have been incredible Having seen their advert in a glossy Therapy magazine for years, I had always wondered “wouldn’t it be lovely to have a professional company create my website, but I doubt if I can afford it.” However, during Covid I took the plunge and believe me it WAS AFFORDABLE for me, a small, therapy business. I only wish I’d done this 15 years ago having used monkeys/sharks/friends husbands/university students studying web IT etc and paid them too only because I didn’t think I could afford a professional company to do it for me ! With HealthHosts there was a fantastic selection of templates to choose from (with links to the client website), and within the template design you could even change the colours to fit with your company logo… It was a simple and easy to follow the process of uploading information photographs and descriptions to their online platform -and believe me, I am not ‘Techy’ and even I could do it and I’m a Therapist!!!! I can gain secure access to the “backend”(I think that’s what it’s called) of my website and update small changes or even add a blog! And sometimes when I mess it all up, I email Mike to come to the rescue,- and as I pay a small monthly subscription for Mike’s Team to do updates and changes within a couple of hours (actually probably less than an hour) they’ve corrected and made the necessary changes. Please please dear reader, if you are reading my feedback with a view to creating or updating your website, then look no further. HealthHosts are EXCELLENT … from the first point of contact they’ve held my hand the whole way and I have never looked back. I now have a very professional looking website, with lots of pages, an online booking system and payment platform. 10/10 and 5 for sure!

They say they have designers, but all they do is copy paste text and images into the template and charge you minimum £300 for that. I thought I'd free my time and pay someone for a well put-together design, but I can actually do such work by myself - get a template and copy paste. They are very adamant that this is supposed to be a designer's work. I'd rather not work with them any longer. Wasted money, wasted time.

I appreciated the swift response to my request and clear instructions given by staff. Since I wanted a German website, it was easy to be guided through and small errors were immediately corrected, All in all, I got a great website for my spouse's business. When I submitted the form to create my website I was unsure if they would catch what I want it to look like deeply in my mind. When I got the first draft I was so pleased and surprised. It was like my thoughts taking digital form. It reflected exactly what I want and who I am. Healthhosts were highly recommended to me, so I used them to redesign my existing website, but with a more user friendly, optimised experience for customers. The result was a very clean and clear, easy to navigate website, built in no time at all. It was easy to communicate with the team there and they understood that I needed my website to convert viewers to customers. I can't recommend Health Hosts enough. I receive so many compliments about my website, and it looks very professional and user-friendly.
